In September 2022 Nikki stood at the door for the first time, with one belief: the first and last impression of a night happens at the entrance. What started with one door is now diebitchvandedeur.
Today we have a pool of 250 hosts across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Groningen, working the door at clubs like Jimmy Woo, Shu and Soho House and festivals like Circoloco, Keinemusik and Zeezout. We're not a staffing agency filling gaps, and we never will be. We know our team personally and pick the people who fit the crowd and the vibe of every event. Clubs, festivals, restaurants or corporate: every job gets the same attention and the same energy.
